Hi, I’m Liam.

 

I have 9 years of experience in recruitment, including nearly 5 being in the internal space which gives me a really well-rounded approach. Initially starting my recruitment career working underneath our Director here at TDRS, David, in the entry system and docking equipment industry, I’ve since recruited across a number of areas including corporate functions, technology, blue-collar, etc. I’m really looking forward to working with the team here at TDRS to continue supporting the long-standing client relationships that’re already here. 

 

One of the key things that I’ve always held in the highest regard since working in recruitment is developing strong relationships, and making sure that I really understand what a candidate is looking for and ensuring this matches up with what our clients are seeking. It’s always stood me in good stead, and it’s something that the team here at TDRS really believe in too. 

 

Outside of work, I’m really into music and play drums in my spare time – previously being in a band in Birmingham and playing at venues such as the o2 Academy, The Cavern Club and more. I’m a huge football fan and follow Aston Villa, but most of my time is spent with my wife and our two dogs going on country walks and keeping them entertained!”
