Hi, I'm Conor!

In total I have 5 years recruitment experience and all of this has been within the service engineering sector and more specifically specialising in the door industry. I work with Technicians who have experience working on automatic doors, industrial doors and docking equipment. I was brought into the business to develop a market in the US.

Like many others, I fell into recruitment but now see it as a rewarding career path and I am excited for what the future holds at TDRS as we continue to grow. Before entering recruitment I studied for a degree in psychology and I think this has helped me over the years understanding how people think and I can often empathize with both candidates and clients alike throughout the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy socializing with a close group of friends from high school and you’ll often see me in the local at the weekend. I also play bowls, both indoor and outdoor at county level. There’s nothing better than being part of a successful team. I am also a big football fan and a keen follower of Manchester United (nobody’s perfect!).
