Regional Sales Manager – Automatic Doors

📍 Territory: South West England & Wales

💰 Package: £50,000 basic + £18,000 OTE commission + £5,000 car allowance

🕒 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in technical equipment sales? This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer in the automatic door industry, managing a thriving region and driving new business growth across the South West and Wales.

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll have autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact within an established, ambitious organisation known for quality, innovation, and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Delivering monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
  • Creating and executing a territory business plan to drive long-term growth.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients — promoting the full range of products and solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing key partnerships.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong track record in B2B technical equipment sales (experience in the automatic door or related sectors preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills — from engineers to directors.
  • A balance of “hunter” and “farmer” mentality — winning new business while nurturing existing accounts.
  • High levels of self-motivation and commercial awareness.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
