A growing industrial door business is seeking a Technical Sales Surveyor & Estimator to support operational improvement and business growth. This role offers flexibility to focus on surveying, estimating, or a hybrid of both depending on your strengths.
The Role
• Conduct site surveys for industrial doors, roller shutters, and loading bay equipment
• Take accurate measurements and assess installation requirements
• Prepare detailed and competitive quotations
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility
• Support customers with technical advice and product solutions
• Follow up on quotes and contribute to order conversion
Package
• £35,000 – £45,000 base salary
• Bonus linked to quoting output and order intake
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Candidate Profile
• Experience within industrial doors, roller shutters, or similar
• Strong technical understanding (mechanical/electrical)
• Experience with surveying and/or estimating
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a changing, improvement-focused environment
