The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and highly skilled individual to represent the company across the North West. Initially operating independently, you will lead service, maintenance, and repair activities on automatic and industrial doors, with the view to build and manage a dedicated team and establish a regional office.
You will work closely with leadership to expand the company's presence while delivering an exceptional standard of service to a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and repair of automatic and industrial doors (autos and industrials).
- Operate as the senior engineer and supervisor for the North West region.
- Act as the face of the business for all regional activities.
- Recruit, build, and lead a future team of engineers.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience working with automatic and industrial doors is essential.
- Supervisory experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
- Multi-skilled across various door systems (autos and industrial doors).
- Relevant industry qualifications such as EN16005, DHF Gate Diploma, and NVQ Level 2 in Industrial Door Maintenance are advantageous.
- A positive, flexible attitude with strong work ethic and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently, manage workloads and eventually build a team.
