An award-winning, national market leader in the automatic door industry is looking to expand its projects department and seeking an additional Project Manager to join their thriving team in the South East. The role offers exciting prospects for personal growth and development. The package includes a basic salary of up to £55,000, £5,000 car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension plan, as well as a lucrative bonus scheme.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for
- Leading and supervising project teams, encompassing training, development, and managing performance.
- Managing the planning and weekly progress review of assigned contracts.
- Assisting with the tender processes and strategy when necessary.
- Conducting surveys, visiting sites, and overseeing projects until their completion.
- Effectively communicating with customers, clients, and the design team.
- Maintaining adherence to the company's Quality Procedure and Manual.
- Responding to correspondence associated with the project.
The successful Project Manager will:
- Have prior experience working as a Project Manager
- Have knowledge of the automatic door industry and EN 16005 standards
- Have a clean driving licence
- Hold a CSCS Card
- Be IOSH accredited
In return, the successful Project Manager receive a remuneration package which includes:
- Basic salary ranging between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Car allowance of £5000 per annum
- Bonus scheme with an expected return of £3,000 - £5,000 per year
