Industrial Door Engineer – Install

📍 Location: Milton Keynes

💰 Salary: £41,000 basic | OTE: £55,000+

🕒 Hours: 45-hour week | Overtime after 6pm | Door-to-door pay

An established national service provider within the industrial door industry is expanding its engineering team following new contract wins and sustained growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Door Installation Engineer to join a company that invests heavily in its people, provides first-class equipment, and offers long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a range of industrial doors, roller shutters, sectional doors, and loading bay equipment.
• Carry out fault finding, basic wiring, and mechanical adjustments.
• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards (DHF, EN 16005, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service on every visit.
• Complete all reports and compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with wider engineering teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience installing industrial and loading bay doors (essential).
• Additional experience with automatic doors, gates, or barriers is advantageous.
• Certifications such as EN 16005, CSCS, IPAF, or DHF are highly desirable.
• Strong electrical/mechanical understanding.
• Full UK driving licence required.
